The Division of Academic Affairs provides leadership for the advancement, implementation and assessment of student success, teaching excellence, accountability, learning and success initiatives. The division is comprised of many departments, focused on ensuring world-class academic programs, distinctive educational experiences and continuous growth of educational offerings and academic support functions.
The Academic Effectiveness & Planning (AEP) Team facilitates the curricular review process, with particular attention to the complete and accurate submission of all documentation required by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, as well as SACSCOC.
Every Aggie deserves a chance at an Aggie diploma, and the Academic Success Center exists to support them in that endeavor. The ASC houses tutoring services, supplemental instruction, academic coaching, fresh start orientation, and the TX Success Initiative.
We educate the campus community about the Aggie Code of Honor and respond to potential academic misconduct. Our office facilitates remediation efforts for students, ensuring a fair process that upholds the university’s core values and academic integrity.
The Citizenship and Service Program is a shared commitment to civic engagement. We ensure every Aggie carries the spirit of civic friendship from campus into the community, fostering meaningful service throughout Texas and beyond.

The Office of Undergraduate Research at Texas A&M University enhances the undergraduate experience for all students across campus.
Through PPIP, undergraduate and graduate students actively participate in the policy process at the state and national level. Our credit-bearing internship program is offered year-round, allowing students to participate in the fall, spring or summer semesters.
